Who wants to read when you can watch a movie or goof off. :) I too have recently felt bad about not reading..ever. If you've started and found anything good to keep your attention let me know. I have a friend who just loves a series called shopaholic, I might try those.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02922179087862227895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041452564495858274.post-26908713806349375202008-01-18T11:57:00.000-05:002008-01-18T11:57:00.000-05:00Here are a few of the books that I'm looking to re...Here are a few of the books that I'm looking to read:

I'm currently reading An Inconvenient Book.

Then I'd like to move on to Liberal Fascism.

And then finally to Epicenter: Why Current Rumblings in the Middle East Will Change Your Future.tuxtattoohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01661515796034933153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041452564495858274.post-41402631428987765652008-01-16T23:30:00.000-05:002008-01-16T23:30:00.000-05:00Lauren,Jodi Picoult is really good. However, about a year ago I read 'Blue like Jazz' after being prodded by everyone I knew who had read it. And it really was a great book. Also, I absolutely love 'Me Talk Pretty One Day' by David Sedaris. Laugh out loud funny, and the chapters are more like different stories out of his life than one continuous tale, so if you get a little ADD you can just read one chapter and put it down.
I'll let you know if I think of more.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4041452564495858274.post-72317104836006035532008-01-11T12:26:00.000-05:002008-01-11T12:26:00.000-05:00Lauren, I prefer Chick Lit - easy to read and ente...Lauren, I prefer Chick Lit - easy to read and entertaining! I read all 7 books in about 2 months. I couldn't put them down. Great, great books!
I didn't know your mom has a Library Science masters, my mom does too. She has two masters actually. Her first one is in Business Management and then she decided to go back to school and and get her Library Science masters so she could advance her career in the library system. Pretty cool stuff. Funny that both our moms have that masters. if you need more suggestions for books, i have a few more i can suggest. i've read a lot in the last year or so.Heatherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14825073212179289053noreply@blogger.com
